The Gala Evening of the Commanderie de Bordeaux Suisse Romande took place in an intimate and warm atmosphere, bringing together 103 members at the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Geneva.
This edition offered us a rare privilege: diving into the heart of our own cellar. Guided by the passion and expertise of our Cellar Master, Andrew Bayles, we rediscovered the richness, depth, and complexity of our collection.
Among the nine grand wines served, two vintages from Château Léoville Las Cases particularly stood out: the legendary 1982, of rare finesse and generously offered by the Klat family, and the 2010, bursting with power—complex, vibrant, and destined for a brilliant future. Two visions of time, two expressions of the Bordeaux terroir, two emotions… one shared passion. All elevated by the refined hospitality of the Mandarin Oriental and the flawless service of its team.
