The Spring Chapter 2026 brought together 81 guests for a warm and convivial moment, marked by a spirit of sharing and camaraderie.
We had the honour of welcoming the Grand Master of the Grand Conseil des Vins de Bordeaux, Jean-Marc Dulong, along with his wife Marion, who travelled especially from Bordeaux to join us. Their presence made this Chapter particularly memorable and reflects the close ties that unite our Commanderie with the Bordeaux wine community.
For this occasion, a carefully curated selection of wines showcased the richness and diversity of Bordeaux wines. Commandeurs had the opportunity to engage at length with the Grand Master, in a spirit of friendship and shared passion.
At Restaurant Le Lyrique, Chef and Commandeur Angelo Citulio elevated the tasting with a cuisine marked by sensitivity, elegance and precision, in perfect harmony with the wines presented.
This Chapter was also marked by the induction of two new Commandeurs: Annalisa Ruoso Gaspari and Zoran Pilitchev.
We warmly thank all participants for the quality of their presence, which makes each Chapter a truly unique moment.
